stellar stay near mansion house
helpful staff excellent location rooftop restaurant
I stayed for three nights and found the staff helpful, especially with my luggage. the location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions (i loved walking to borough market). i appreciated the rooftop restaurant. It provided a unique dining experience with amazing city views.
i did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning unit in my room. it made a strange noise, a little bothersome at night. i mentioned it at checkout, so i hope it is fixed soon.

the staff allowed an early check-in, charmed (i was very tired!). complimentary snacks and drinks were available in the beautifully decorated room. the bed and linens were excellent.

terrible noise early church bells
the room was comfortable the bed was inviting
i was disappointed that the air conditioning made a terrible noise it prevented us from leaving it on at night also the hotel was next to a church the bells rang early and for almost an hour at one point i couldn't connect my phone to the tv either

exclusive experience signature cocktails
the reception staff helped me book an exclusive afternoon tea experience. i also enjoyed the signature cocktails at the roof terrace it was amazing.
the hotel was located next to a church so i heard the bells often.

super clean room plug adapter daily restocking convenient exploration
the room was super clean and offered a great night's sleep! it featured international outlets and a plug adapter. the mini-bar had daily restocking with additional drinks available upon request. the hotel's proximity to mansion house station made city exploration convenient.
the climate control made an atrocious noise, so i couldn't leave it on all night.

a bit underwhelming for the price.
constant noise bad sleep
the location was acceptable, close to transport links.
I had some issues. my room was on the first floor, i noticed a loading bay right outside. deliveries woke me up several times. The noise of doorbells and boxes being dragged was constant. it was not ideal for a business meeting.

the staff were helpful i needed assistance with directions and they provided clear instructions
the noise from the street below kept me awake most of the night i think my room faced a delivery area or something the lack of proper soundproofing was noticeable also the minibar was not refilled daily i expected it to be restocked without having to call
